Nathaniel A. Elmore was born in Granite City, Illinois, and earned his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2014. After graduating, he clerked for the Williamson County Public Defender’s Office, assisting in all stages of murder, felony, and misdemeanor trial practice. This role provided him with extensive and invaluable courtroom experience.
Nathaniel later returned to Madison County, Illinois, where he joined a family-law-focused firm. There, he gained significant experience handling high-asset divorce and complex litigation matters, including divorce, custody, visitation, child support, asset division, and guardianship cases. He then joined Swanson and Sackett, P.C., a litigation-focused firm, where he practiced family law, injury law, criminal defense, civil litigation, negotiation, and mediation.
Today, Nathaniel brings his diverse litigation background to his solo practice, offering a client-centered and solutions-focused approach. He is committed to representing his clients with compassion, determination, and professionalism.
